Welcome to Khais by NK’s Bulk Ordering Platform. By placing a bulk order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Minimum Order Quantity:

Each product in a bulk order must have a minimum quantity of 10 items per product. Orders not meeting this requirement will not be processed.

2. Discount Policy:

Bulk orders are eligible for a flat 30% discount on the listed price. This discount is applicable only to orders fulfilling the minimum quantity requirement.

3. Shipping Costs:

• Shipping charges will vary depending on the delivery city and will be communicated after coordination with our team.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs, which will be added to the invoice.

4. Production and Delivery Time:

Manufacturing and delivery of bulk orders will take approximately 30-60 days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, and customers will be notified of any delays.

5. Order Confirmation and Payment:

• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining 50% must be paid before the products are shipped.
• Khais by NK reserves the right to cancel orders if the advance payment is not made within the stipulated time.

6. Modifications and Cancellations:

• Once an order is confirmed, no modifications or cancellations are allowed.
• In case of exceptional circumstances, requests may be evaluated at the discretion of Khais by NK, but additional charges may apply.

7. Product Quality and Variations:

Each product is handcrafted with care, and slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

8. Return and Refund Policy:

• Bulk orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Any claims for defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with photographic evidence.

9. Communication:

All communication regarding bulk orders, including queries and updates, must be conducted via the official Khais by NK email or WhatsApp helpline.

10. Intellectual Property:

Khais by NK retains full rights to its branding, designs, and product concepts. Bulk buyers are not permitted to alter, rebrand, or resell products under a different name without prior consent.
