How To Use:

• Start with clean, dry lashes. curl your lashes using an eyelash curler.
• Starting from the base of the lashes, wiggle the brush slightly and then sweep it upward to coat each lash evenly.
• Use the tip of the brush to apply to the lower lashes if desired.
• Allow the mascara to fully dry for a smudge-free finish.
