Delivery Charges

• Flat delivery fee: PKR 250
• Free delivery on orders above PKR 5,000

Delivery Timelines

Within the Same City:

• Estimated delivery within 48 working hours

Outside the City:

• Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days

Outside the Province / State:

• Estimated delivery within 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary during sales, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during working hours:

Monday to Saturday | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Customers are advised to record a short unboxing video while opening their parcel upon delivery. This helps us efficiently verify and resolve any concerns related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
