We only accept online payments. Our online payment gateway is integrated into the website, so you can pay directly there as well.

8. What are your delivery timelines?

Nationwide delivery usually takes 5–7 working days. Delivery times may vary during sales, launches, or public holidays.

9. Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we only deliver nationwide within Pakistan.

10. Do you have an advance payment policy?

Yes, a 10% online advance payment is required for orders worth PKR 15,000 and above.

11. How do I choose the right foundation or concealer shade?
