Partial Payment Policy

At Khais by NK, we offer a flexible Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option to make shopping easier for you.

What is Partial Payment?

Instead of paying the full amount upfront or entirely on delivery, you pay a small advance online at checkout and the remaining balance as COD when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Payment Structure

Upfront Payment (Online): Pay 20% of your order total securely online at the time of placing your order. This advance payment confirms your order.

Remaining Balance (COD): Pay the remaining 80% in cash directly to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after the initial 20% advance payment is successfully processed. Once confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS containing:

  • Order summary and advance payment receipt
  • Remaining COD amount due at delivery

Delivery Process

  • Please inspect your package carefully before paying the remaining COD amount to the delivery agent.
  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, you have the right to refuse delivery.
  • Once the package is accepted and the COD amount is paid, the order is considered complete.

Cancellations & Refunds

Advance Payment (20%): The advance payment is non-refundable after 24 hours of placing the order, as it covers order processing and reservation costs.

Order Canceled Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the advance payment will be refunded after deducting any applicable processing fees.

Order Canceled After Shipping: No refund will be issued once the order has been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries: After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be automatically canceled. The advance payment will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Important Notes

  • This option is available on orders of PKR 10,000 and above.
  • Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined with the Partial Payment option unless explicitly stated.
  • The advance payment amount is fixed at 20% and cannot be adjusted.
