  1. Khais by NK will only accept liability for products purchased through its official sales page.
  2. Khais by NK is the sole distributor for its products.
  3. Product descriptions are intended to give a general overview of their formula and intended use.
  4. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and no products will be accepted for return.
  5. In the event of a damaged parcel, Khais by NK will provide a voucher for a future purchase if the package has not been opened.
  6. To request a voucher, proof of damage must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the damaged parcel.
  7. The voucher will be valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
